Password Reset (PortalGuard)

Password Reset 

Users who have registered their account in Portal Guard (click here for steps to register your account), and are locked out or have forgotten their passwords may reset their passwords using the following steps: 

  1. Visit myEOL https://myeol.nccu.edu/
  2. Click on the question mark icon and select PortalGuard
  3. At the login page, choose the option that says forgot password. 

      3.  Enter your username and the field, then click continue. 

  1. Choose the option to “Reset Forgotten Password,” then click continue.

  1. Users may reset their password using a one-time password (will text to the mobile number on file), or may choose to answer two of their challenge questions that were created at registration.

  2. Submit and confirm the new password.
