Steps for Students to Initiate a Dell Warranty Claim While on Campus

If you are on-campus and having an issue with your Cares laptop, NCCU offers the Eagle Technical Center (ETC) to be your liaison with Dell. Bring your Cares laptop to the walk-up ETC desk located on the first floor of James Shepard Library. Upon arrival, a technician will assist with the Dell warranty process to make it as seamless as possible. The ETC technicians will coordinate with Dell on having your computer repaired.  ETC can be contacted by phone at 919-530-5038.
