If your pin was recently reset by ETAC please update your pin. The following are steps to change pin after logging into Banner 9 Student Self Service
1. Once in the Student Self Service portal, select Student Account and Financial Validation

2. Locate and click on the Personal Information Tab or select Personal Information below the Main Menu as shown below:

3. Next, click Change Pin

4. From the Change Pin page, enter your Old Pin, New Pin, and re-enter the New Pin. Next, click Change Pin
