Connecting a Laptop to a Sharp AQUOS Board (Sharpboard)
Summary
The Sharp boards come in two versions, the grey and the black. The grey Sharps are all controlled by remote, but the black Sharps have a control function on the front of the unit.
Body
If you are connecting a laptop to the Sharpboard, you will need to change the input to HDMI 2 and use the HDMI cable to connect.
If this screen is not seen the input on the Sharp should probably be changed to the HDMI setting. This can be done by using the small remote usually located inside the front tray of the Sharp or by manually pressing the input button located on the bottom right of the front face of the Sharp.
Once the Dell has completed its boot then the NCCU log-in screen should be visible. Log-in as you normally would by using the available wireless keyboard and mouse to fill in your username and password in the appropriate fields.
