Calling from On-Campus

1. Call 7777. 
2. Enter your PIN, then press # (pound).

   Note: If you have forgotten your PIN or your PIN is not working please submit a ticket using link:  https://nccu.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1852/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=12682

3. Press 4 for setup options.
4. Press 1 to change the greeting.
5. You will be walked through the process of customizing your greeting. Be sure to listen to the options to determine which greeting is currently active.

Calling from Off-Campus

1. Call 919-530-7777. 
2. When prompted for user ID enter your 4-digit extension followed by # (pound).
3. Enter your PIN followed by # (pound).
