Jabber for iPhone, IPad and iPod

              Cisco Jabber provides instant messaging, presence, audio/video calling, Voice mail, and conference escalations in a single client.

To request a Cisco Jabber Account on your iPhone, IPad or iPod,  submit a Team Dynamic request through  EOL or Help Desk.

•     Setup

Note******You will need to Turn your Wi-Fi OFF for setup.   Can turn back on Later.

1. After installing the App, tap the Cisco Jabber icon and Accept the End User License Agreement  

2.  Get Started Now

3. On the Cisco Jabber screen, enter your NCCU username followed by @nccu.edu.  

Remove "AD", if it populates with the email address and tap Continue

4. Enter your NCCU password and tap Login.    

                    Note*** If you are presented with Certificate Not Valid.

Accept all certificates when prompted and apply. All are valid- need to activate.   If you do not accept all certificates jabber will not come up.              Tap Continue. (Should come up. Sometimes, you will need to power off the device and power back on). If  Jabber does not come up. Log Out  Reset (see Setting gear- under file). Repeat the Log in procedure again at step 3.

Cisco Jabber is now ready to use on your iPhone, IPad or iPod.
