Jabber for iPhone, IPad and iPod

To request a Cisco Jabber Account on your iPhone, IPad or iPod,  submit a Team Dynamic request through  EOL or Help Desk.

  •   Download the Cisco App

  •     Setup

Note******You will need to Turn your Wi-Fi OFF for setup.   Can turn back on Later.

1. After installing the App, tap the Cisco Jabber icon and Accept the End User License Agreement  

2.  Get Started Now

3. On the Cisco Jabber screen, enter your NCCU username followed by @nccu.edu.  

Remove "AD", if it populates with the email address and tap Continue

4Enter your NCCU password and tap Login.

                    Note*** If you are presented with Certificate Not Valid.

           Tap Continue. (Should come up. Sometimes, you will need to power off the device and power back on).

  • If  Jabber does not come up.
  • Log Out 
  • Reset (see Setting gear- under file).

  • Repeat the Log in procedure again at step 3.

 

 

Cisco Jabber is now ready to use on your iPhone, IPad or iPod.
