Banner 9 Student Self-Service - Certified Bill by Term

This feature provides students with access to their official billing statements for a selected academic term through a temporary link to Banner 8. Students can review detailed charges and payments, and print certified copies for their records or financial documentation purposes.

The Certified Bill by Term lets you view and print your official billing statement for a specific semester. It shows all your charges, payments, and account details. This can be helpful for financial records, reimbursements, or just keeping track of your tuition and fees.

Note: This tool uses a temporary link to Banner 8, the older version of Banner.

How to View Your Certified Bill:

1. Log in to Student Self-Service
2. Go to your Student Profile
3. Click on Certified Bill by Term

Accessing Banner 8

After selecting Certified Bill by Term, you will be redirected to a Banner 8 login screen, similar to the one shown in the screenshot below.

To log in:

• Enter your 820# (student ID number), which can be found in the upper-left corner of your Student Profile in Student Self-Service.
• Enter your PIN, which by default is set to your date of birth in the format MMDDYY (e.g., January 5, 2002 = 010502).

Once logged in, you may be redirected to an empty Banner 8 Main Menu.

1. If this happens, return to the Student Profile tab in Student Self-Service.
2. Click Certified Bill by Term again to reestablish the connection.
3. You will then be redirected to the correct page with the appropriate header text, as seen in the screenshot below.
