Use the Touchnet Payment Portal to securely view your billing statement and complete payments after accessing it through Student Self-Service.

The Touchnet Payment Portal is a third-party platform used to securely process online payments, particularly your eBill (electronic billing statement). It allows students to view their billing details, make payments, and manage payment-related tasks through a secure interface.

To access the Touchnet Payment Portal:

1. Log in to Student Self-Service.
2. Navigate to your Student Profile.
3. Click on Touchnet Payment Portal

Touchnet Payment Portal

When accessing the portal, you will likely be greeted with a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) screen for added security.

If you experience any issues with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) while accessing the portal, please contact the Eagle Technical Assistance Center (ETAC) for support. You can reach ETAC by:

Make a Payment

Once you're in the Touchnet Payment Portal, you can view your statement and explore various payment options. 

To proceed with a payment, click on the Make Payment button.
