Banner 9 Student Self-Service - Request an Official Academic Transcript

Request an official academic transcript by accessing the Registrar’s website through Student Self-Service.

The Request an Official Academic Transcript option in Student Self-Service redirects students to the North Carolina Central University Registrar’s Office website. From there, you can order an official copy of your academic transcript directly from the institution.

To access Request an Official Academic Transcript:

1. Log in to Student Self-Service
2. Navigate to your Student Profile
3. Click on Request an Official Academic Transcript
   • You will be redirected to the following page:
     https://www.nccu.edu/registrar/ordering-nc-central-transcript

Ordering an NCCU Transcript

On the Office of the University Registrar – Ordering an NCCU Transcript webpage, you can begin the process by clicking on the Parchment site hyperlink (as shown in the screenshot below). This will take you to the official transcript ordering platform. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.
