The Request Parking Plans option in Student Self-Service allows users to request campus parking plans. This option currently redirects to a Banner 8 page, and due to the ongoing transition to Banner 9, additional steps may be required to complete the request process.
Once the transition is complete, the existing Banner 8 link will be deactivated and replaced with a new process in Banner 9.
To access Request Parking Plans:
- Log in to Student Self-Service
- Navigate to your Student Profile
- Click on Request Parking Plans

Accessing Banner 8
Before proceeding with any steps, first check the information displayed on the right-hand side of the screen after selecting Request Parking Plans.
If you see the message "NAME NOT FOUND FOR PIDM", your session did not connect properly.

In this case, go directly to the Banner 8 login page:
Log in to Banner 8
Log in there first before returning to Student Self-Service and repeating the following steps.
- You will be redirected to the Banner 8 login screen.
- Enter your 820# (student ID), located in the upper-left corner of your Student Profile, and your PIN (default is your date of birth in MMDDYY format).
- After logging in, you may see an empty Banner 8 Main Menu.
- If this occurs, return to the Student Profile tab in Student Self-Service.
- Click Request Parking Plans again to reestablish the connection.
- You will then be redirected to the correct page with the appropriate header text, as seen in the screenshot below.

Make sure your correct information appears in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. If you see "NAME NOT FOUND FOR PIDM," your session did not connect properly and you will need to repeat the login process.
