This article explains how students, faculty, staff, and other end users can update their phone numbers in Banner Self-Service.
Keeping your contact information up to date is important, as it may affect services such as RAVE emergency notifications.
Before You Begin
You must be logged in to myEOL before updating your phone number.
Update Your Phone Number
- In myEOL, locate the Administrative & Academic Services section.
- Click Banner SSB 9.
- Select My Profile.

- Click Personal Information.
- Scroll to the Phone Number section.
Manage Existing Phone Numbers
Within the Phone Number section:
- Click the pencil icon to edit an existing phone number.
- Click the trash can icon to delete an existing phone number.
- When the confirmation pop-up appears in the upper-right corner, click Delete to confirm and remove the phone number.

Add a New Phone Number
To add another phone number:
- Click the Add New button in the upper-right corner of the Phone Number section.
- Complete the required fields:
- Phone Type
- Phone Number
- International Access Code and Phone Number (if applicable)
- Select the appropriate options:
- Primary – Sets this as your main contact number.
- Unlisted – Marks the number as unlisted.
- When you're finished, click "Add" to save the entry.
