When receiving the email with the results of the Billing Charges, occasionally there are errors pertaining to the Title IV withdrawal (See example below).
These emails and errors should be monitored by Student Accounting and Residence Life, without expectations of a reminder from ITS.
To address the issue with StarRez billing charges related to Title IV withdrawal, the following steps should be taken:
Reply All, making sure that Ruby Farrior is the main recipient, as she should be the point of contact to address the errors.
Mrs. Farrior will reach out to the person(s) responsible for correcting the issue.
By ignoring the email notification with errors, it could cause unnecessary/incorrect bills to the students.
The email will have the following subject line (Please note, the date will be the current date):
NCCUPROD: StarRez - WARNING - StarRez billing charges processed with some issues on - 25-SEP-26
The body of the email will contain the following:
