If you have witnessed one of the following incidents, make sure you report them by sending an email to security@nccu.edu.
- a loss or theft of devices or media containing sensitive data
- a university web page displaying inappropriate content
- distribution of malicious software on NCCU computers
- potential unauthorized disclosures of sensitive data (data not typically available to the general public)
Make sure to include the following information in your email:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Type of incident
- Date and time of the incident
- Location of incident
