If you are having trouble accessing Banner 9. Follow the steps below to correct the issue.
- Restart your computer.
- Reattempt to access Banner 9. If the issue continues, proceed to step 2
- Select the three dots in the top right corner of the address bar.
- Select More Tools > Clear browsing data…..
- Make sure the Time range displays All time
- Make sure all the boxes have been checked
- Select Clear data
- Close Google Chrome web browser
- Open a new Google Chrome web browser
- Log into myEOL to access Banner 9 from Administrative and Academic services
This should correct the error. If the error continues, call ETAC at 919-530-7676.
