Summary

Learn how to search for students by name or ID, and view detailed course registration records.

Body

Registration History shows a list of all the courses a student has registered for — past and present — including any dropped or withdrawn classes. It’s a useful tool for reviewing a student’s academic progress.

How to Access Registration History

  1. Log in to myEOL
  2. Go to Administrative & Academic Services and click Banner 9
  3. Open Faculty/Advisor Self-Service
  4. Underneath Faculty or Advisor Links, click on Registration History

How to Search for a Student and View Their Courses

Once you're on the Registration History page, follow these steps to search for a student and explore their course details:

STEP 1: Enter a Term and Student Info

  1. Select the correct Term (example: Fall 2025).
  2. Then enter either the student’s ID number or their last and first name.

STEP 2: Click the Submit button

  1. After entering the information, click the Submit button. 
  2. A list of matching students will appear. Find the correct student and click on their name or ID. 

STEP 3: Click CRN or Course Title for More Info

  1. Once you select a student, their full registration history will appear — including current and past courses.
  2. You can click on the CRN (Course Reference Number) or the Course Title to view more details as shown in these screenshots below (Note: Some details may not appear yet, as the system setup is still in progress).

When you select a CRN, the following window will appear (see screenshot below).
