The Student Week at a Glance feature in Banner 9 Faculty/Advisor Self-Service gives faculty and advisors a quick and easy way to see a student’s weekly schedule all in one place. It shows important details like class times, locations, and any special notes for the week.

How to Access Student Week at a Glance
- Log in to myEOL
- Go to Administrative & Academic Services and click Banner 9
- Open Faculty/Advisor Self-Service
- Underneath Faculty or Advisor Links, click on Student Week at a Glance
How to Search and View Student's Schedule
Once you're on the Student Week at a Glance page, follow these steps to search for a student and review their schedule:
STEP 1: Enter a Term and Student Info
Select the correct Term (example: Fall 2025). Then enter either the student’s ID number or their last and first name.
STEP 2: Click the Submit button
After entering the information, click the Submit button. A list of matching students will appear. Find the correct student and click on their name or ID.
STEP 3: Review the Student's Weekly Schedule
You will now see the student’s class schedule displayed in a weekly calendar view.
