How to Access Faculty & Advisor Security

  1. Log in to myEOL
  2. Go to Administrative & Academic Services and click Banner 9
  3. Open Faculty/Advisor Self-Service
  4. Underneath Faculty or Advisor Links, click on Faculty & Advisor Security

How to Check Your Access Information

STEP 1:
Pick the semester or term you are working with (e.g., Fall 2025).

STEP 2:
Once you choose a term, the system will show what type of access you have for that term. It will tell you if you have Faculty access (for teaching), Advisor access (for student advising), or both.

Updating Your Access

If you notice that you're missing access or need changes to your current access, don’t worry — help is available!

Make sure to provide the following:

  • Your full name
  • Your Banner ID (820#)
  • The term and access type you're missing (e.g., Advisor access for Fall 2025)
