Student Printing Program

The Student Printing Program is a campus-wide solution for all NCCU students. The program allows students to print documents in black and white or color from various locations across campus.

The annual print credit is below:

  • $15 – Fall Semester
  • $15 – Spring Semester
  • $15 – Summer Sessions (summer session credits are only added to students enrolled in the summer sessions)

Students can pay online to add funds to their print balance through PaperCut online.  Students can add to their account in $2.50, $5.00 and $10.00 increments.

Print Balance

Students check their print quota balance in two ways:

  1. A pop-up window shows the account balance when a student logs in to a library computer
  2. Students can log in to the PaperCut web portal to view their current print balance, transaction history, and print activity.

Unused print balances from the fall semester automatically roll over to the spring semester, and any remaining spring balance rolls over to the summer semester. At the beginning of the fall semester, all semester print balances are reset to the standard annual allocation.
