What is my login information for Banner SSB?

Your login for Banner SSB utilizes:

User ID: This will be your Banner ID #(820XXXXXX)

Pin: This will be a 6 digit pin (initially set to your 6 digit date of birth MMDDYY)

What is my Banner ID number?

Steps for recovering Banner ID number:

1. Go to https://myeol.nccu.edu
2. Click “Login to myEOL”
3. Click on Account Menu Icon , then click “My account”
4. Your Banner ID will be displayed on the page.

How do I reset my pin for Banner SSB?

1. Go to https://myeol.nccu.edu
2. Click “Login to myEOL”
3. Select Banner SSB
4. User must put in your Banner ID # for “User ID” Then Click “Forgot Pin”
   
5. Next, answer the security question
6. Then Change Pin
