Banner 9 Student Self-Service - Statement and Payment History

The Statement and Payment History page allows you to view and print your account statements, payment history, and any recent activity that hasn’t yet appeared on a statement.

To access Statement and Payment History:

  1. Log in to Student Self-Service
  2. Navigate to your Student Profile
  3. Click on Statement and Payment History

What You’ll See on the Page

The Statement and Payment History page is divided into three tabs:

  • Statements – Displays your most recent billing statement. You can print this page if needed.
  • Payment History – Shows your recorded payments. This includes any past payments made to your account.
  • Unbilled – Lists account activity that hasn’t been included in a statement yet. This may include recent charges or transactions scheduled to post later.

You can switch between the tabs to review your billing details and payments.

Payment History

To view a specific statement, you will need to select a Statement Bill Date from the dropdown menu, as shown in the screenshot below. Once selected, the statement will display, and you’ll have the option to print it for your records.

Payment History

The Payment History tab shows a record of all payments made to your account. This includes any past payments you’ve made. See screenshot below. Once selected, it will display the payment details, and you’ll have the option to print it for your records.

Unbilled

The Unbilled tab displays any activity on your account that hasn't yet been included in a statement. This may include recent charges or transactions scheduled to post in the future. See screenshot below. Once selected, it will display the unbilled activity, and you’ll have the option to print it for your records.

Additional features on the page include:

  • Print the Page – Option to print your account summary
  • Holds – View any holds on your account
  • Pay Now – Click this button to be redirected to the Touchnet Payment Portal for payment

Pay Now - Touchnet Payment Portal

When you click the Pay Now button, you'll be redirected to the Touchnet Payment Portal to make your payment.  You will likely encounter a screen similar to the one shown below.
