KnowBe4’s Phish Alert Button (PAB) provides a safe way to forward email threats to our ITS Security team for analysis. When using the PAB, the email is automatically deleted from your mailbox and sent to our security team to investigate if the email is legitimate. A ITS Security staff member will contact you with their findings and can restore the email if needed.
