Password Management - Overview

Forgotten passwords and locked accounts can be extremely frustrating, so ITS is excited to be able to provide Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) to address these issues without having to call the Help Desk. For more information about Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) click here.

Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) is a Microsoft service that allows users who have forgotten their account password, or who have been locked out by having too many failed login attempts, to set a new password and unlock their account if needed.  

NOTE: Before you can use the Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) tool, you must register. If you have not registered and are having login issues contact the Eagle Technical Assistance Center (ITS helpdesk) at 919-530-7676.

If your account is locked, you forgot your password or your password has expired, click Forgot Password below:
