How Do I Log in to myEOL?

Visit https://myeol.nccu.edu  

At the prompt enter format username@ad.nccu.edu 

Enter your password.

You will be logged in afterward.


How Can I Reset my Password?

Visit https://nccu.edu/password 

Enter your NCCU email and answer characters. 

Select option I forgot my password.

Enter your phone number to receive a code. 

Set your new password.


If I Changed my Number or my Phone is Broken, How Do I Get Help With Authenticating?

Contact 919-530-7676 (additional verification will be required).

How Do I Access Student Email? 

Visit https://myeol.nccu.edu  
Click on the white envelope near top right.

Visit link for student email directly https://mail.google.com/ 


How Do I Log in to Canvas?

Visit https://nccu.instructure.com/ 

Select NCCU Faculty/Staff & Students.

At the prompt enter your account information in the format username@ad.nccu.edu 

Enter your password.

You will be logged in afterward.

How Do I Connect to Wireless?

Locate the wireless network Eagles-Soar.

Enter your NCCU username (first part of your NCCU email address).

Enter your password.

Scan or Click QR code for detailed steps.

 


How Do I Connect My Game Console to the Network in my Dorm? 

Locate the wall plate or access point box in your dorm.

Connect an Ethernet cable to the port and connect the other end to your gaming console (Purchase Ethernet cables from NCCU Bookstore).

Refresh your connection on your gaming console.

No connection? Scan or Click the QR code to submit request to activate port.


Do Students Have Access to Adobe? 

Yes! Current students are eligible to activate an Adobe Express license. Adobe Express is a simplified, template‑based web and mobile design tool for quick content creation including videos, graphics, and web pages.

Visit myEOL, and access the Adobe Express tile for first time activation. Then visit site for all future access to the service.
 

Need Creative Cloud for a course?

If you professor has requested an Adobe license for you to support your coursework, you will automatically receive a license for the duration of the course.

Does IT Repair Computers and/or Broken Phones Screens?

Yes! We replace broken iPhone screens (Android not supported at this time) and also provide various repair services to computers
