We encourage you to move your work data to OneDrive, as opposed to storing files locally on your computer or a network drive
This provides the following benefits:
- Accessible on any device with an Internet connection
- Does not require the use of the VPN connection
- Redundancy (data is backed up and recoverable even if deleted or damaged by ransomware)
- 1TB of free data storage for all faculty, staff, and students
To transfer your files to OneDrive, follow the steps below:
- Log into myEOL.
- For faculty/staff, click on the OneDrive button in the Office 365 section.
- For students, click on Office 365 tile seen here.
4. Click on the Add new button. Then select the Files upload or Folder upload option.
