- Open Google Docs
- Tap File to expand the menu.
- Select Make a Copy.
- At this point, rename the file in the Last Name dash name of the assignment. “Doe – 4.1. Late to Work” for example.
- Next, choose My Drive for the Folder destination and then tap the OK button.

6. Download and Convert MS Word Document to Google Docs.
7. Tap Open with Google Docs within the preview window.

8. When the document is opened as a Google Doc, rename the file in the Last Name dash name of the assignment. “Doe – 4.1. Late to Work” for example. To do this, tap the file name and type the new file name.
9. Now you can make edits can be made to the document.
