Below are the steps to join your Audio from your computer for a WebEx meeting.
1. Connect to your meeting. If using a headset, make sure your headset is plugged into your computer.
Note: Sometimes you may have to unplug the headset cable and plug the cable in again)
2. In the pop-up box list, select your headphones.
3. If you are using a headset with a microphone, in the drop-down list, select your headset (with microphone).
4. To test and ensure the headset is working, click Test Speaker and Microphone.
5. When ready, click X to exit testing.
6. Click the green "Start Meeting" button and the "Start Video" buttons. Click on the "Unmute" button if you want to begin the meeting with the ability to speak to the other attendees.
