If you experience a microphone issue (You can hear others, but others can't hear you), check to see if your microphone is muted and or set low by following these steps:
1. Open Control Panel > Sound.

2. Click the Recording tab.

3. Double-click on the microphone you are using in the list of recording devices:
3a. Click the Levels tab.
3b. Click the microphone icon, shown muted below: The icon will change to show as unmuted:
3c. Click Apply
3d. Click OK
