Request Technology Support for Events

To request technology support in classroom, auditorium and any other campus location:

  • Please contact NCCU at 919-530-6100 or the Special Events Coordinator at 919-530-7893.
  • The Special Events Coordinator will gather information about the event and determine the client’s technology requirements, and make a ticket in TeamDynamix with the client’s contact information and basic details about the event.
  • The CCES Event Support team is notified via TeamDynamix, and contacts the client to do a needs analysis.  If it is determined whether technology resources or training will be required by ITS (or if an outside vendor is needed), an in-person meeting will be arranged in the possible space(s) on campus.
  • If client accepts contract, CCES will provide an itemized list of personnel/equipment and associated costs.  These will be sent to the Events Coordinator to be added to client invoice.

NOTE: Advance notice of 14 business days is required for event support by CCES.
