Request Technology Support for Events

To request technology support in classroom, auditorium and any other campus location:

  • Please contact NCCU at 919-530-6100 or the special events coordinator at 919-530-7893.
  • The special events coordinator will gather information about the event, determine the client’s technology requirements, and make a ticket in TeamDynamix with the client’s contact information and basic details about the event.
  • The CCES Event Support team is notified via TeamDynamix and contacts the client to do a needs analysis.  If it is determined that technology resources or training will be required by ITS (or if an outside vendor is needed), an in-person meeting will be arranged in the possible space(s) on campus.
  • If the client accepts the contract, CCES will provide an itemized list of personnel/equipment and associated costs.  These will be sent to the events coordinator to be added to client invoice.

Note: Advance notice of 10 business days before the day of the event is required for all events (in the form of a service request ticket only), to ensure adequate resource planning.
