Off Campus dial 919-530-7777 to access your voicemail and follow the prompts.
FIRST TIME YOU LOGIN or when prompted (the ID is phone number = xxxx #) /// Password/pin = 4123#
To Enroll on Cisco Unity Connection:
Step 1 Make sure you press the button to the left of your telephone extension on your telephone for the line you want to check messages.
Step 2 Press the Message button.
Step 3 Enter a password. (Default password is 4123)
Step 4 Please follow system instructions for the following:
• Record your name. • Set a new password. • Record your greeting.
Step 5 Please wait until you hear “You Have Finished Enrollment” then hang up.
To Check Messages from your telephone:
Step 1 Press the Message button and log on.
Step 2 Press 1 to hear new messages, or press 3 to review old messages.
Step 3 Use the following keys to manage your messages and to control playback.

To Check Messages from outside the office:
Step 1 Make sure you press the button to the left of your telephone extension on your telephone for the line you want to check messages.
Step 2 Dial 919-530-XXXX (last 4 digits of your phone number).
Step 3 When the greeting begins to play, Press *.
Step 4 Enter your extension number, then press #.
Step 5 Enter your PIN then press #
