Campus Printing Information
Faculty/Staff campus printing is no longer managed by ITS, but is now managed under Campus Enterprises by Eagle Copy (eaglecopy@nccu.edu). This includes installation of drivers, maintenance of equipment, replacement of consumables, and troubleshooting of printing issues for all printers and copiers on the Papercut print management system[Systel-Ricoh].
Additionally, ITS and Campus Enterprises will no longer support local printers (desktop printers). If your department plans to purchase any new printers (i.e. large plotter printers, 3-D printers, or other specialty printers), you must seek approval from Campus Enterprises prior to making the purchase.
