Student TouchNet Payment Portal MFA Troubleshooting

Due to updated security and compliance, the NCCU Student TouchNet Payment Portal now requires users to have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to access their account. 

Creating your MFA Profile

  1. Access Student Self-Service via myEOL
  2. Select the TouchNet Payment Portal
  3. Complete MFA Enrollment
    1. This screen is what you will see the first time you need to add MFA or after your MFA profile has been reset
    2. If you can, add both a primary and a backup method.
