How to Check Your Team Dynamix Tickets Status

Overview

The following article will provide you guidance on various ways an end user can keep a status of the service ticket they have submitted.

Accessing your ticket through Email

1. When you create a ticket or a ticket is created for you an email will automatically be generated and sent to you from "Notify@teamdynamixapp.com"

2. At the bottom of the email body you will have a few links with different ways to access your ticket based on the device you are using at that time (Ex. Computer or Mobile Device).   *Note - to leave a comment on your ticket all you need to do is reply to the email".

3. A new window will appear with your ticket information. At the bottom of that page you will see a section called "Feed". Any updates or comments on the ticket will be listed there.                                                                                                    



 

Accessing your ticket through Through TeamDynamix

1. When logging into Myeol in the "Administrative & Academic Services" section select TeamDynamix.

Note: If the TeamDynamix icon is not listed you will need to click "View All Services" then select TeamDynamix 

             

2. A new window will appear  and pn the left hand side option you will see a link for "My Submitted Tickets"​​​​​​​

3. From there you will have some options to search your submitted tickets with different filtering options or scroll down and see the tickets listed out.
