Overview
This article will provide steps on how to move a WebEx recording to your OneDrive. As of September 1, 2025, WebEx will no longer be offered as an option here at NCCU. If your recording is downloaded and moved to OneDrive it will not be deleted and can still be shared with others, as needed.
Steps
1. Access your WebEx account by visiting https://nccu.webex.com
2. At the login prompt, sign in with your NCCU email address.
3. Once you have completed the login process, select Recordings from the menu on the left of your screen.
4. You will then see the full list of your recordings for your review. Select the download button for each recording you wish to save.
| Tech Tip: It is recommended to create a folder within OneDrive to save your Webex recordings. |
5. Once you have downloaded the files, open File Manager on your computer, and navigate to the Downloads folder. For Mac users you will need to open Finder and go to Downloads. After locating the downloaded recording you will want to select the file and Right-click and choose "Move to OneDrive"
