Getting to TouchNet
- Navigate to TouchNet U.Commerce Central
- Enter your username and password
- Your username will be C20148.[AD Username]
- If you do not have a number on file, please add one when you first log in. You should be prompted. If you are not, then contact the current TouchNet administrator.

- If you need to reset your password and you are unable to do so at the login page, please contact the TouchNet administrator.
Creating a User
- Click Administration
- Select User Management on the left
- Search the user list at the top to confirm that the user does not already have an account
- If the user does not exist, select the New User dropdown
- Enter their NCCU username without the @nccu.edu
- Create a temporary password
- Enter the user's name and email
- Click save
- Assign the following roles using the Edit User dropdown
- View Dashboard
- View Dashboard Mobile
- View U.Commerce
- Select save

Adding store roles
If the user needs access to run store reports, fulfill orders, refund orders, etc then complete the following steps. Please note, that if users need access to do anything that run reports under the NCCU Foundation marketplace, you will need to reach out to Jason Sherrill and get his permission.
- Click Applications then Marketplace
- Find the Marketplace/Store that the user needs access to
- Select either Store or Sites depending on the need
- Select View U.Commerce Users
- Search for the user
- Select Edit User
- Under the available roles, grant the roles as needed
- Select Save
