The following document will provide installation instructions to users who have been set up with a Creative Cloud license following manager approval from their Creative Cloud request ticket. If a request has not yet been submitted please visit the following ticket request:

A user is eligible to install and access Creative Cloud on up to 2 devices. If additional assistance is needed, please contact ETAC at 919-530-7676.
Install Creative Cloud Console Application
If you currently don’t have Creative Cloud Application installed, please follow the steps below to commence your self-service download from Software Center. Software Center deploys software to a user’s NCCU computer without the need for administrative rights elevation.
NOTE: You must be on campus for the following self-service download to work.
- Locate the Search icon on the bottom left of the taskbar.

- Search for “Software Center” and click on the app.

- With Software Center opened, click Creative Cloud tile.

- Click Install. The installation will commence shortly after.

Launching Creative Cloud Console Application
- After successful deployment, click on the Search icon once again.

- Search for “Adobe Creative Cloud” and click the application.

- After launching, enter your NCCU email address(username@nccu.edu) and click Continue. Another login prompt will appear enter NCCU email address again.


- Proceed to authenticate with DUO when prompted.

- After entering email, you will be prompted to select an account type. Choose “Company or School Account”

- After login, the Creative Cloud desktop application will load with apps. Click Install on apps you want to use on your machine such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Pro DC(shown as Acrobat).
