Missing Email/Quarantined Messages

NCCU ITS takes numerous steps to reduce the amount of spam you receive without interfering with the delivery of legitimate messages. During these steps sometimes important emails that you need, get caught up in the filter.

If you are missing emails, visit the following website to see if the email has been placed in quarantine (identified as spam).  Just log in with your AD account information. Below are the steps for access.

  1. Visit "https://Protection.office.com"
  2. Click on “Threat Management”
  3. Click on “Review”
  4. Click on the “Quarantine” button and review your quarantined messages

To release your messages:

  1. Select the checkbox to the left of the message.
  2. Click the “Release Messages” icon at the top.
  3. Click “Release Messages” again
  4. Click the Close button when you finish releasing your message.
