Eagle Technical Assistance Center

The Eagle Technical Assistance Center (ETAC) the front-line of support for the ITS department.  You can contact ETAC by:

  1. Visiting https://helpdesk.nccu.edu (you're here) and submitting a trouble ticket. 
  2. Visiting the ITS knowledgebase for self-support options at https://nccu.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1852/Portal/KB/
  3. Calling ETAC at 919-530-7676 and speaking to one of our knowledgeable ETAC representatives.

Eagle Technical Center

The Eagle Technical Center (ETC) is the in-person support center for personal devices for ITS. Hardware and software repair is provided for a small fee at the Eagle Technical Center (ETC). Consultations and workshops are provided at no charge. You can contact the ETC by:

  • Calling 919.530.5038. 
  • Visiting us in the James E. Shepard Library on the first floor.
