Uploading Your Covid-19 Verification Documentation Into The Medicat Portal

1. Click on the Crush COVID link: Crush COVID | North Carolina Central University (nccu.edu)

2. Once fully vaccinated, click on the Visit the Medicat Portal Button

3. Log in: Scroll to find North Carolina Central University

4. Log in using your NCCU credentials

5. Click on the Upload Tab

6. Click on the drop down box titled "Choose document you are uploading":

7. From the drop-down menu,

• STUDENTS: Select Covid Vaccine Verification
• FACULTY/STAFF: Select Faculty and Staff Vaccine Verification

8. Click Select File

9. Browse to the file location on your phone or computer and upload a copy of your Covid-19 Vaccination Card.
