1. Open the document with any version of Adobe
2. Scroll to the section to click Approvals
3. Click on the Red sign arrow:

4. Click Configure New Digital ID

5. Select Save to File and Click Continue

6. Fill out the form with your First and Last name and NCCU email (you can leave other information); Click Continue

7. Create a PW and then retype the PW
NOTE: Once created, this signature file and password will only be tied to that computer. If the password is forgotten you can create a new signature at any time. This password is not tied to myEOL |

8. Click Save; Click Continue
9. Type the PW you just created
10. Navigate to where you’d like to save these files; You may want to save this to a folder on your desktop as well
TIP: When saving, you can rename the Adobe file that you signed. To differentiate the original from the signed adding your initials or dates to the end of the file name may help. |
