How to Obtain a Certified Bill Statement

If You Have Access to myEOL

Go to the myEOL homepage: https://myeol.nccu.edu/.

  • Select the "Banner SSB" button under "Administrative & Academic Services."
  • Click on the "Student" tab.
  • Click on the "Student Records" link.
  • Click on the "Certified Bill Statement" link.

If You Do Not Have Access to myEOL

Note: This will be useful for Alumni as accounts are being purged after 2 years of not taking classes.

Go directly to the Banner SSB login page: https://ssbprod-nccu.uncecs.edu/pls/NCCUPROD/twbkwbis.P_ValLogin

  • Enter your user ID (use your Banner ID number).
  • Enter PIN (see below if you have forgotten your PIN).
  • Click on the "Login" button.
  • Select the "Student" tab.
  • Click on the "Student Records" link.
  • Click on the "Certified Bill Statement" link.

If you have forgotten your PIN, click the "Forgot PIN?" link after you have entered your user ID. Answer your security question and click "Submit Answer." You will be prompted to enter a new PIN. Choose a six-digit number as your PIN.

If this does not work, please call the Eagle Technical Assistance Center (ETAC) at 919-530-7676 to request the PIN be reset.
