This guide explains how to use NextGen if you are the form submitter or the form approver.
Form Submitter
Any NCCU student, faculty, or staff member can use a NextGen form via single sign-on (SSO) login by using their myEOL username and password.
View the Submitted Form:
Note: Please save the form after each form submission for your record.
1. Open the PDF by clicking on View Form PDF as shown in the below screenshot and save the PDF.
2. Click on the following link to view the forms that you have submitted:
View Pending/Draft Forms
Alternatively, you can access this page using the following steps:

Log in to myEOL: https://myeol.nccu.edu/

Scroll to the “Administrative & Academic Services” section

Find “NextGen” button as shown on the following screenshot. Note: If you are a faculty/staff member, you may need to click "View All Services" to locate this button.
This button will log you in to NextGen using single sign-on.
4. Next, click on Pending / Draft Forms under the My Forms dropdown (if the Pending/Draft Forms screen is not already open).
The Pending/Draft form screen will look like the following screenshot. The list of your pending submitted forms will appear in this list.
Information on the form status and the date requested will be visible here. If there is no confidential content in the form, you will also be able to view the PDF form.
By clicking on Action dropdown, you can find options to "Manage the Co-signer." You can use this to edit the cosigner or re-send the reminder notification to the approver.
Form Approver
Approve the Form:
The Form Approver can see all of the forms that are waiting on their approval by clicking on the following link:
View Pending/Draft Forms
Note: This is the same as the Pending/Draft form view described above for form submitters.
The form status “Incomplete” means the form requires your attention.
Click on the Action dropdown and then select Complete Form to approve the form.
Home
The home icon on the top-left corner of the screen displays all of the forms for which you have admin access.
The NextGen Home Page will show a list of forms for which you have form admin access:
If you have form admin access for multiple organization, then you can switch the organization by clicking on the “Selected orgs” text.
The screen will look like the following screenshot:
You can select all orgs or a single org and “Save as Preference” or “Apply." The forms in the selected orgs will show up in the list.
If you are admin of the form and you want to review the form, you can click on the numbers in the list to view a list of Submitted Forms, the Form Status and Manage Co-Signers.
