Overview
This article will provide steps on how to move a Zoom cloud recording to your OneDrive. Zoom cloud recordings will be permanently deleted after 365 days. If the recording is downloaded and moved to OneDrive it will not be deleted from OneDrive and can still viewed and shared with others if needed.
Prerequisite
- Must have Faculty and/or Staff role - Students do not have access to cloud record to Zoom

Steps
- Access Zoom by visiting https://nccu-edu.zoom.us/
2. Once you are logged into Zoom select "Recordings"

3. Select "Cloud Recordings"

4. Click the 3 dots next to the recording you want to download, then click "Download". You may have another window pop up and you will need to click "Download" again.

Tech Tip: It is recommended to create a folder within OneDrive to save your Zoom recordings to. |
5. Once the Download is finished we will need to locate the files on your computer. For Windows users that will be in File Explorer and then Downloads. For Mac users you will need to open Finder and go to Downloads.
6. After locating the downloaded recording you will want to select the file and Right-click and choose "Move to Onedrive"
