You can change the ring tone of your 7841 or 8841 Series Cisco IP Phone. There are several choices available. Available ring tone options may vary.
Details 7841 Model
1. Press the Settings button.
2. Select User Preferences, select, then Ringtone.
3. Press the Select softkey.
4. Highlight the extension you’re making the ring tone change on.
5. A new menu of ring tone options will appear.
- Press Select to choose the ring tone.
- Press Play to hear the ring tone.
6. When you are satisfied with the ring tone, press the Set softkey.
7. Then press Apply to save your selection.
Details 8841 Model
1. Press the Settings button.
2. Select Settings option.
3. Select Ringtone option using the navigation button.
4. Highlight the extension you’re making the ring tone change on and select using navigation button.
7. A new menu of ring tone options will appear.
- Press Play to hear the ring tone.
8. When you are satisfied with the ring tone, press the Set softkey.
9. Press Exit
