Optional User Settings for VoiceMail

You can change your voice mail settings such as your greeting, your recorded name, and your voice mail password or PIN.  Press the Messages key to access the voice mail system and edit available settings.

Details

Changing your Recorded Name

1. Press the Messages key to access the voice mail system.
2. Enter your password/PIN to log in to the voice mail system.
3. Press 4 - 3 - 2.
4. At the tone, record your name.

To Modify your Greeting

1. Press the Messages key to access the voice mail system.
2. Enter your password/PIN to log in to the voice mail system.
3. Press 4 - 1 - 1.
4. Listen to your current greeting or press # to skip to the end.
   • To re-record your greeting, press 1.
   • To end recording, press #.
   • To record a different greeting, press 3. Choose the greeting (Standard, Closed, Alternate, or Holiday), then re-record it.

Changing Your Password/PIN

1. Press the Messages key to access the voice mail system.
2. Enter your password/PIN to log in to the voice mail system.
3. Press 4 - 3 - 1.
4. Enter your new password/PIN and press #.
5. To confirm, enter your new password/PIN again and press #.

Accessing Voice Mail  from an external number 

1. Dial 919 530 7777.
2. When system answers put in you ID (last 4 digits of office number) – plus #
3. Enter your password or pin plus #
