Follow the steps below to change your view in the new Office 365 to meet your needs.
1. Locate the “Try the new Outlook” button in the upper right corner.
2. Preview your new view.
3. Select "Continue" on your privacy matters screen.
4. Next, you will see an explanation of what will happen.
5. Select "Import Settings" to copy your layout.
