Accessing Updated Device Management in DUO

You can add additional verification methods or manage your existing devices from myEOL.
 

Important: The steps outlined below must be completed on the original device where Duo was initially set up. If you no longer have access to this device, please contact ETAC at 919-530-7676 for assistance.

1. Visit https://myeol.nccu.edu and proceed with logging in.

2. When prompted for your multi-factor authentication, cancel the initial attempt.
 

3. From there, you should be able to select “Other Options

4. Click on “Manage devices” at the end of the list to enter the device management portal.

Note: You will be prompted to confirm your identity. Please be sure to have your working method readily available.

5. You will be prompted to verify your identity by completing the multi-factor authentication process. Select your enrolled authentication method from the top-listed option.

6. After approving the authentication request, you can see the Device Management Portal with your registered device.
 

Note: It is preferred that you enroll multiple devices on your account as backup methods. Having a mobile phone added will allow for multi-factor authentication when accessing the account from other devices.
