Banner 9 Student Self-Service - Account Detail for Term

The Account Detail for Term page provides a comprehensive view of your account details for a specific academic term. It allows you to quickly see how much you owe and review detailed transactions in one place.

You can also view both your current and future balance totals for the selected term, along with a summary of account activity from other terms.

To access Account Detail for Term:

  1. Log in to Student Self-Service
  2. Navigate to your Student Profile
  3. Click on Account Detail for Term

What You’ll See on This Page

  • A term-specific breakdown of charges, payments, and credits
  • Balance totals for the selected term
  • Additional information from other terms, if applicable

To view a different term (e.g., Spring 2024, Fall 2023), click on the Select Term box shown in the screenshot below.

You will also see a table displaying the following columns:

  • Detail Code
  • Description
  • Charge
  • Payment

Below the transaction table, summary totals are displayed:

  • Net Term Balance
  • Net Balance for Other Terms
  • Current Amount Due
  • Account Balance
  • Authorized Financial Aid (if applicable)
    • If no aid exists, a message will display: “No Authorized Financial Aid exists on your record for the selected term.”
  • Authorized Financial Aid Balance
  • Current Due net of Authorized Financial Aid
  • Account Balance net of Authorized Financial Aid

Additional features on the page include:

  • Print the Page – Option to print your account summary
  • Holds – View any holds on your account
  • Pay Now – Click this button to be redirected to the Touchnet Payment Portal for payment

When you click the Pay Now button, you'll be redirected to the Touchnet Payment Portal to make your payment.  You will likely encounter a screen similar to the one shown below.
