The Transact E-Payment Portal is a third-party application used by colleges and universities to process online payments securely. This platform allows students to make various types of payments related to their institution, such as tuition, fees, deposits, and other charges.
The Transact portal can be accessed when making a payment through Student Self-Service.
- Log in to Student Self-Service
- Navigate to your Student Profile
- Click on Transact E-Payment Portal

Logging In to Transact Portal
At the login page, click the "Sign in with @ad.nccu.edu" button to access your university account. This should log you in automatically.

You will be greeted with a page similar to the one shown in the screenshot below, though the display may vary for different users.

There will be various options and details available for you to explore, so take your time to review them. If you are looking to make a payment, click on Make a Payment to see the available payment options.
