The Academic Transcript page in Banner 9 Student Self-Service allows students to view and access their academic transcripts. This includes details such as course history, grades, and academic standing. Transcripts can be viewed by level (Undergraduate, Graduate, or All Levels) and type (Unofficial, Web, or Online Graduation Application).
To access Academic Transcript:
- Log in to Student Self-Service
- Navigate to your Student Profile
- Click on Academic Transcript

Navigating the Academic Transcript Page:
To view your transcript:
- Select a Transcript Level (e.g., All Levels, Undergraduate, Graduate)
- Select a Transcript Type (e.g., Unofficial, Web, or Online Graduation Application)
- Click the Submit button
Your transcript will be displayed on the screen. You may print the page for your records if needed.
