The Apply to Graduate page in Student Self-Service allows students to submit a graduation application based on their current academic curriculum. You must ensure that your program details are accurate before proceeding.
If multiple curriculums are listed and all are correct, submit a graduation application for each one separately.
If any information is incorrect, do not continue with the application. Instead, contact the Registrar’s Office at 919-530-6654 or registrar@nccu.edu to update your academic record before applying.
To access Apply to Graduate:
- Log in to Student Self-Service
- Navigate to your Student Profile
- Click on Apply to Graduate

Important Notes:
- Select the correct curriculum listed for your graduation application.
- If more than one curriculum is listed and all are accurate, submit one application at a time.
- If your curriculum details are incorrect, stop and contact the Registrar’s Office at 919-530-6654 or registrar@nccu.edu to request corrections before proceeding.
- Only apply once all academic information is accurate and you meet the eligibility requirements.
- If you do not qualify to apply for graduation, a message will appear: "No curricula available for graduation application."
